    Visitor Data

    When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfil the order. We may collect information like your:

    • Details relating to your purchase (for example, where you are getting married)

    We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

    As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

    If you leave a comment or review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

    For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

    We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

    Security logs are retained for 7 days.

    Form Block Submissions

    When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

  • All designs, artworks, and products on this site and/or created via the custom design process are the sole property of goodpress and are protected by copyright. Under no circumstances may any of goodpress artwork or designs, including those produced and supplied during the proofing process, be reproduced in any way or form. We reserve the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by us for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, we reserve the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

    Should images of work created by goodpress be published in printed publications, online media, or on social media, we must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature. We retain the rights to post individual invitations and/or wedding goods on its website and social media. If there is an issue with this, please advise us before ordering.

  • We are not responsible, nor be held liable, for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. We advise allowing enough time when ordering for your order to arrive at the desired time. International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry into your country, these are the responsibility of the client.

    A signature will be required to confirm receipt of all shipped products.

  • We are a service based business, all of our products are made to order. Once we receive your order and payment, work is started, therefore we do not offer refunds. We recommend choosing carefully prior to placing your order with us.
