If you are ordering from one of the pre-designed layouts we expect that you will receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks of purchasing.

Custom designs take between 3 to 6 weeks to receive from purchasing.

If you do require your invitation urgently please contact us directly via email (bottom of this page) and we will see what we can do to help make it happen. Please note we charge a quick turn around fee of 25% will be applied the final invoiced amount.

GoodPress has a minimum order amount of 25 units for all our existing designs.

Sometimes the unexpected happens and you may need to postpone or perhaps even cancel an event.

As our designs are custom-made we cannot issue refunds after the proof design period. However, we can offer you a store credit if you have to change your event after the order but before print approval.

If you have to change the date or even the location of your event, we will happily hold it in our order system with no penalty until you confirm your final details before print.

Printing turn around time is usually expected to be within 2 weeks for standard prints (no custom items such as embossment or letter press). Shipping times are expected to be within 5 working days but are reliant on courier diligence.

There are 2 rounds of edits included in the fixed design fee. Additional rounds of edits are $55 each. It is recommended to check your designs in detail before sign off.

We rarely need more than 2 rounds as we take our time up front to understand your brief and work with you to come up with your final design.

Our time line for custom designed stationary ranges depending on the brief but we recommend allowing 3 to 6 weeks from accepting the quote to delivery of your stationery for your peace of mind.

Yes, we offer a printing service for all our stationery both existing design layouts and custom designed. We print digitally with a local Wellington-based printer to ensure we can oversee the production process and guarantee a high quality finish.

We offer two choices with our stationery orders, an Eco 100 High White which is sustainable paper stock. Eco100 High White is manufactured as a carbon-neutral paper, produced using FSC® Certified, 100% Post Consumer Recycled PCF pulp. With a CIE whiteness of 150, Eco100 High White exhibits high opacity and good sheet formation. We print on the 350 gsm paperweight to ensure a card like finish.

Our other option is Colorplan Pristine White at 350 gsm which is luxury paper supplied by Profoil. Colorplan, an iconic paper brand of quality and creative colour since 1967. This stock is also Colorplan is 100% Virgin, ECF Fibre and acid-free and approved by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) with assurances of raw materials harvested in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

We are currently only shipping within New Zealand.

Generally with ‘save the dates’ it is recommended to send them at least 6 months before the wedding date. Ideal would be a year out or even earlier if you're planning a destination wedding so that there is enough time for guests to prepare their travel arrangements. Giving your guests as much lead time as possible increases their chances of being able to attend.

Wedding invitations are usually sent out 6-8 weeks before a wedding if a ‘save the date’ has gone out prior. Otherwise as early as possible as above. We strongly recommend ordering your wedding stationery four months in advance of your wedding date.

Credit card payment is available via Stripe or PayPal on the website shop for standard stationary. For custom designs and quotes a bank transfer is preferable. Details will be provided on your quote.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for each delivery.
